Charles (“Chuck”) has had a passion for the automotive industry that spans over four decades. His career started in the trenches as a lube technician in the early 80s. He was quickly recognized as capable of doing more. He moved into sales and quickly became the #1 salesman at his dealership. The promotions that followed quickly moved him up the ranks, including Finance, New Car and Truck Manager, GSM, GM, and ultimately Managing Partner.

Chuck has been in the Texas market since the mid-1990s and has served as Operator/Managing Partner for 30 years in Houston, Texas.

In 2018, Chuck partnered with Foundation Automotive in Houston and served as Chief Operating Officer. By 2022, Foundation Automotive had expanded to over 36 rooftops in the U.S> and Canada. He brings to the organization a multitude of operational turnaround and growth skills, team development knowledge, and intimate automotive experience in variable, fixed, and financial operations.

In 2022, Chuck formed Kramer Auto Group and today has four franchise locations in West Texas.

Chuck has been married to his wife, Claire, for 26 years, and together they have 6 beautiful daughters and 6 grandchildren.

Chuck’s passion for the community includes his involvement in many charities. Mothers Against Cancer, Houston Livestock and Rodeo – Calf Committee, Village Learning Center, Family Time Charity, Humble ISD Education Foundation.
