John Ibrahim is a skilled executive with more than 20 years financial management and operations experience.
John graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Business Management, with an emphasis on International Finance.
His early career was spent with RSM U.S. (formerly Mcgladrey & Pullen, LLP), an assurance, tax and consulting firm with operations worldwide. During his tenure with RSM US, he received the firm’s prestigious
Sarbanes-Oxley Specialist designation for evaluating and advising on complex internal controls and corporate governance processes for Fortune 500 companies across various industries, and in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
John possesses an in-depth knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, international finance and cross-border operations best practices, mergers and acquisitions, financial consolidation, and divestitures. He is a Certiied Public Accountant and a Certified Valuations Analyst.
In 2016, he founded John’s Organic Pantry, Inc. a food manufacturing company focusing on creating a wide range of clean-label, organic, non-denatured ingredients, high-protein blends and supplements for the fitness and health industries. He currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and has grown the enterprise from a single SKU startup into a successful business with sales and operations in the US, Canada, Ireland and Turkey.
John lives in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife, three daughters, and Nala, the family German Shepherd.
