Following a layoff in 2020, Kelle had time for introspection and felt it was the right moment to change directions in her career. As the Outreach & Engagement Director at Wheelchairs for Warriors, Kelle combines her extensive experience in marketing, business leadership, and non-profit work with a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of our nation's heroes. Raised with the belief in working hard and giving back to the community, Kelle has always been dedicated to helping others.

Kelle's professional career in capital markets and private equity, with a focus on start-ups and scaling businesses, has exposed her to multiple industries. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and drive growth has been key to her success as an Executive Director and CMO. Kelle is known for championing her teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Kelle was introduced to Wheelchairs for Warriors through her live streaming efforts, where she hosted Crystal as a guest. From that moment, she knew she wanted to support our mission in any way possible. Her innovative approach to outreach includes a strong live streaming presence focused on veterans, first responders, and mental health.

In addition to her executive roles, Kelle has served as a volunteer, large-scale event chair, board member, advisor, mentor, and President for multiple non-profit organizations. She firmly believes that everyone has time to make a difference and is committed to using her skills to benefit others. Kelle received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Global Business Management with an emphasis in marketing, with Cum Laude Honors.
