Myrna Treviño is a highly respected senior business development executive and strategic advisor with more than four decades of experience spanning the U.S. Army, federal government relations, healthcare plans, energy, education, education technology, and financial services. She is widely recognized for her ability to build trusted relationships at the highest levels of leadership and to translate those relationships into strategic growth, institutional access, and long-term partnership value.

Myrna currently serves as Chief of Strategic Growth & Partnerships at AIGOGIA Inc., a Houston-based, AI-driven education technology company she joined in 2026. She leads the company's growth and partnership strategy across K-12, higher education, workforce, and defense markets, advancing AIGOGIA's three platforms: Rinkle™, a biometric-adaptive K-12 learning platform; Praicti™, which supports college, career, and military readiness (CCMR); and ImplicitAI™, a secure AI infrastructure. In this role, she connects school districts, universities, and senior Army and industry leaders with technology that strengthens student outcomes and readiness, applying the same relationship-first approach that has defined her career. Myrna most recently served as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the U.S. Army for Texas East, a prestigious appointment where she operated with protocol status equivalent to a 3-Star General. In this role, she served as the critical bridge between senior Army leadership and civilian communities, cultivating direct, trusted relationships with General Officers, Installation Command, and Department of Defense leadership. Her influence and effectiveness earned her the U.S. Army Superior Civilian Service Award, a distinction considered the civilian equivalent of the Army’s Legion of Merit and reflective of exceptional trust, leadership, and mission impact.

A defining accomplishment of her tenure was her leadership role in the strategic reversal of an Army directive to shut down the Strategic Officer Recruiting Detachment (SORD). Working in coordination with the Deputy Under Secretary of the Army (DUSA) and key strategic partners, CASA California (San Francisco); CASA Florida (North), SORD LA Commander, SORD Houston Commander, SORD Colonel and Advantage CEO. Myrna helped preserve a critical Army recruiting and leadership pipeline capability, demonstrating her ability to influence policylevel decisions at the highest levels of Army leadership and connect vital community partners and stakeholders.

Myrna identified and executed a strategic plan to successfully reconnect the U.S. Army with Chávez High School following a complete disengagement from military recruiting after the passing of SPC Vanessa Guillén, an alumna of the school. In partnership with Harris County Precinct 2 – Director of Special Projects, she facilitated leadership engagement with school administration and proposed hosting the Women Veterans Traveling Exhibit during National Hispanic Heritage Month. The initiative culminated in a formal ceremony in September 2022, restoring trust and reopening dialogue. As a direct result of her leadership, the Houston Recruiting Battalion reestablished a permanent presence on campus, demonstrating her ability to navigate sensitive environments and rebuild critical community relationships.

Throughout her career, Myrna has demonstrated a unique ability to open doors that are otherwise inaccessible. Her relationship capital extends across senior military leadership, including ongoing engagement with the former Under Secretary of the Army, now serving as a Senior Vice President at KBR, as well as congressional offices and key decision-makers within K-12 school districts, community colleges, and universities. She has also cultivated strategic relationships with industry leaders, including Centex Technologies, Palantir, and private equity partners, further expanding her reach into emerging technology and investment sectors. In addition, she maintains strong ties with City of Houston, Harris County leadership, local Fox 26 and ABC 13 stations. In the education sector, Myrna maintains active partnerships with school districts Houston, Katy, Humble ISDs, ResponsiveEd, YES Prep charter school, community colleges, University of Houston, Prairie View A&M, Sam Houston State University, and St. Thomas University, where she supports workforce development, student pipeline initiatives, and community engagement programs. She also delivers financial literacy education on emergency savings, Thrift Savings Plan decisions, post-separation transitions, and planning for families with special needs dependents.
