Shilo Harris is a retired U.S. Army soldier and Purple Heart recipient who was critically wounded in 2007 while serving in Baghdad, Iraq. While performing duties as a vehicle commander, his vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device (IED), resulting in severe burns and life-altering injuries.
After years of recovery and rehabilitation, Shilo has dedicated his life to sharing his story, speaking across the country about perseverance, resilience, and overcoming adversity. His mission is to inspire others to push through life’s challenges and live with purpose.
