As the former Executive Vice President of Insperity, an HR outsourcing firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Jay rose from sales manager in a small sales office to leading all sales and marketing for the entire company. On Jay's watch, Insperity grew from six salespeople to 660, and from a small business to almost $6 billion in revenue.

Jay’s early years in business were highlighted with his successes in sales, sales training, and sales management working with multiple Fortune 500 companies.

In addition to his successful business career, Jay is an award-winning author. His book, Embrace the Price of Success contains the principals he found essential for both personal and professional success. He is also an accomplished public speaker, having addressed audiences at hundreds of events from small groups to thousands.

Having led the execution of the multi-year Insperity Invitational, a senior PGA Champions tour event that has been recognized as the “best” on the tour, Jay continues to serve as Chairman of that event. His commitment to serve and mentor has been invaluable to Wheelchairs for Warriors as a founding board member.
